Befriending loneliness. Who wants that? I was working with a client recently who realized that she was in a pattern of being in unsatisfying relationships. She recognized that she was the common denominator and that she was seeking out these relationships because she didn’t want to be lonely. If you are going through this and are struggling with loneliness, I want to help guide you through the process of giving yourself love and compassion, leaning into the challenges, and being your true self because it works.
