Heartbreak Podcast - What If I Make The Same Mistake?
Recently a client in my group program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better, was reflecting on some of her past relationships and came to the call asking the question, “But what if I make the same mistake?” When we look at the people we have attracted in our past, it can be so easy to be fearful that we will keep repeating the same pattern because that is all that we have known. Throughout my 30s I definitely experienced my fair share of heartbreak, but I wouldn’t call them mistakes. In this episode, let’s examine our mistakes and really learn how to shift the way we think about them, so that we can use them to serve us in our journey to heal our hearts and find someone better.
If you are finding yourself stuck and really wanting to take this work to the next level, I invite you to join Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better.
