Heartbreak Podcast - Your Best Love Life in 2022
It’s that time when there is amplified energy surrounding us with the fresh start of a new year! With it comes a lot of people really thinking about what it is they want and setting new intentions in order to reach their goals. I am proof that with thought work, commitment, and belief in myself, that you can create any result that you set out to. It’s what allowed me to heal my heart and find my Mr. Right, and in 2022 I want to help you create your best love life too.
In this episode, let’s take a look at what it really means to do the thought work, and how to stay committed even if you feel resistant. I also share some of my daily practices that have helped me create really powerful changes in my life, and the eight steps for staying committed in order to create your goal. If you have been listening to this podcast and follow me on social media, you already know the thought work and the tools to heal your heart so now let’s focus on staying the course.
If you’re really struggling with this thought work, which is the basis for healing your heart, then I highly suggest you work with a coach and check out my one-year group coaching program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. In this program, I coach you through the three results of stopping wanting Mr. or Ms. Wrong Back, falling in love with you, and finding someone better. We do this through three calls a week, plus you have access to “Ask A Coach” where you can write in and get a coached response within 24 hours, as well as access to over over 60 videos of coaching.
