At the start of 2019, I decided that this would be the year that I would dedicate to growing my business, and to start dating again. Now that I have reached my goal of having 20 clients, I knew that it was time to create space for Mr. Right. I am a huge believer that your thoughts create results, which is why I have been working on a belief plan for creating him and the relationship I want. As a result, I am attracting men because my brain has been so focused on how I know I’m going to think, feel, and behave when he is here. Part of getting to that point is to know when I am in a trigger, and how to move through it, and that’s what I want to talk to you about in this episode.
