It's so easy to remember the GOOD when we find ourselves alone, thinking about Mr. Wrong.
Claire shares an offering she gave her client this past week, who has recently found it difficult to let go of certain qualities of a Mr. Wrong from her past, despite knowing in the depths of her soul, he is not the right man for her.
There's clean pain of missing someone and grieving the loss, and then as you move on, it's easy to create DIRTY PAIN by indulging the belief that he was a lot greater than what he actually was.
Eventually you have to DECIDE to get to a place where you implement a HARD NO on obsessing over someone who wasn't right for you, or a HARD NO on obsessing over your body's "flaws."
EVERYTHING IS A STORY.
It's always our THOUGHTS about someone that make us feel a certain way.
So we get to create that feeling we THINK someone gives us, for ourselves ANY TIME.
When you feel triggered by a thought that creates longing that then instigates more spiraling and ruminating, PAUSE.
Ask yourself: WHY AM I FEELING THIS SADNESS? WHAT AM I THINKING?
Can you notice the story you're telling yourself that's causing you pain?
HOW COMMITTED ARE YOU TO GIVING YOURSELF A HARD NO ON SHITTY THOUGHTS SO THAT YOU CAN CREATE NEW ONES THAT ARE MORE IN ALIGNMENT WITH YOUR TRUTH THAT CREATES PEACE, CALM, CLARITY, and JOY??
HARD NO on allowing your brain to THINK that certain qualities he embodied gave you feelings you're scared you'll never feel again.
YOU GET TO CREATE THOSE FEELINGS WITH OR WITHOUT HIM. Truly!
Claire thinks about her man and the woman she's becoming so that they can meet each other in perfect alignment, WITHOUT HIM HERE.
Focus on who you want to become with your THINKING. The rest will take care of itself.
And for any of you skeptics out there, WHY NOT TRY IT ANYWAY? What's the worst that can happen? He doesn't come and you don't create that feeling... but 100% YOU CAN WITH YOUR THINKING IF YOU GO ALL IN!!!
